Mrs. Tran's expertise is in coordinating and managing grant funding for real estate developments. She worked as a case manager for the Mississippi Case Management Consortium.  Her duties led her to be the Director of Case Management/Director of Real Estate for Hope CDA, working with both compliance oversight, and management of several Case Managers has strengthened her position as Analyst for Savannah Pines.

Mrs. Tran worked with Hope CDA to develop a proposal for the Neighborhood Home Program that is being administered by Mississippi Development Authority.  Hope CDA was one of the agencies that were awarded as a partner of that program. She managed all the Long Term Workforce Housing programs including Coming Home Collaborative, Veranda Homes, Hope Case Management, Hope Home Rehabilitation Program, Homeless Prevention Rapid Rehousing Program and MDA Neighborhood Home Repair Outreach.

Her responsibilities included creating the programs policy and procedures, Semi-Annual and Quarterly Reporting, maintained applicant files, created and maintained clients’ tracking spreadsheet, updated letter schedules, logs, and other necessary databases, corresponded with all affiliates associated with the programs, scheduling, procurements required by the federal programs, liaison between applicant and construction department and compliance to federal regulations.

 

Currently, Mrs. Tran is the Accounting Manager for Cely Consulting client Savannah Pines. Savannah Pines is a $58M development funded in part by the Mississippi Development Authority Long Term Workforce Housing Community Development Block Grant Program. She is in charge of all operational accounting, month end reporting, and supervises Case Management of all applicants in the project. She helped stream policy and procedures for Case Managers from contract to close of sale.
