Savannah Trails was a sub-recipient of a $8 Million CDBG Long Term Workforce Housing Grant. CCI was contracted to manage the ongoing compliance and regulatory reporting of the residential/commercial development.Phase one of the Savannah Trails project includes the development of 150 acres of raw land, the building and sale of 165 single family units and 140 multi-family (townhome) lots. Under CCI oversight, Savannah Trails is currently the most successful of the CDBG sub-recipiant developments, and is one of the only 3 sub-recipients not be be decommissioned due to under performance in the middle of the 2008-2011 recession.
