Matthew specializes in construction oversight, budgeting/reporting and field visits for quality control. Matthew is working on the Gulf Coast Community Foundation Long Term Workforce Housing Project funded by Mississippi Development Authority Community Development Block Grant. Since working on this project he has established Program policies and procedures in accordance with Federal guidelines. He is responsible for preparing quarterly and semi-annual reports as required by compliance to MDA regulations.

Matthew has developed tools to efficiently track construction progress with accurate reporting capabilities.

​Mr. Dunn owns a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management of Construction and Land Development, a Masters in Business Administration, and is a Certified Lead Based Paint Renevator and Primavera P6 certified.

​

Prior to becoming a C.C.I. consultant, Mr. Dunn worked with a law firm where he created and maintained an extensive client and file management database. He was responsible for numerous documents critical to everyday operations, and was accountable for repeated, large currency transactions on a daily basis.
