Glen Gerrie specializes in Risk Analysis and Internal Control. Mr. Gerrie has over 10 years direct experience in developing financial and operational controls, risk management, and leadership of internal audits of several organizations. Mr. Gerrie has a strong reputation of achieving successful investigations as well as developing custom management reporting tools to document and implement recommended actions. Most recently, Mr. Gerrie is managing the $15M program operation for a Sub-recipient to Rehab/Reconstruct single family scattered site homes on the coast of Mississippi.

Mr. Gerrie worked for over 2 years in the Specialty Accounting division at Horne-LLP.  He spent a year on the Mississippi Emergency Management Agency Public Assistance program where he was the division leader for the Electric Power Association (EPA) division (over $800M in cash request funding for the EPA). Also, he was a Supervisor/Analyst for nearly a year and a half on the Mississippi Development Authority Long Term Workforce Housing program, a private and public partnership to provide quality and affordable homes to the lower six Mississippi counties, leveraging approximately $400M CDBG funds with private funds.

This Program’s projected value is approximately $1B. During his assignment with the Long Term Workforce Housing program he was tasked to design and implement the Financial Review process and Reports (State Agency adopted the process for all organizations requesting grant funds). He also developed numerous Cash Request review tools for analysts to utilize when processing grant reimbursement submissions.
